MODERN SYSTEMS FOR OWNER-LED BUSINESSES

Redesign how work gets done.

We build workspaces where humans and agents succeed together.

  • Clean data
  • Modern systems
  • Enterprise value

What brings you here?

BUILT ON THE NEXT GENERATION OF AI

MORE ROOM TO BE HUMAN

More freedom to choose what comes next.

We remove repeated work, clarify responsibilities, and build systems your team can run. More room to lead today. Easier to hand over tomorrow.

  1. 01

    A commute becomes a completed follow-up.

Talk it through. Review the draft. Approve the send.

  2. 02

A dog walk becomes a clearer picture.

Hear what happened, what was promised, and what needs your attention.

  3. 03

A workout leaves room to lead.

Change the afternoon’s priorities without spending the afternoon coordinating them.

Simple. Agile. Horizontal. Lean.

we’re not an agency

We structure our engagements to optimize cost, agility, and momentum. The scope will always change as you learn.

Agency

A scoped project

Agreed deliverables, a predetermined price and a longer project commitment. A traditional model that works well when the brief is stable, the budget is substantial, and you know what you want to build.

  1. Contract deliverables
  2. Quote
  3. Build
  4. Deliver

When requirements change

  1. Rescope
  2. Renegotiate
Changed requirements revisit the agreement.

Rev Engine

A monthly rhythm

A monthly retainer that scales by team. Agree the investment and capacity, then adapt priorities as we learn.

  1. Reprioritize
  2. Build
  3. Learn
  4. Report
  5. Strategize

EVERY MONTHBuild on what we learn.

Report on the work, then strategize together.

THE VALUE CHAIN

Fewer handoffs. Less overhead.

One layer to work with.
One layer to pay for.
Work directly with your PM. Fewer paid handoffs keep coordination overhead and delivery costs down.

Flexible scope. Concrete work. Each month’s priorities and deliverables fit the capacity we agree together. Useful work keeps moving without repeatedly rescoping and renegotiating the contract.

A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

We’ve tried AI before. What changes this time?

We start with what happened: where the work stalled, what context was missing, and what people needed. Then we test one useful agent against a result you can judge before expanding it.

What are we actually implementing?

A way to get a recurring job done, built on an existing AI workspace. That includes the business context, connections, instructions, and review steps the job needs, plus hands-on support for your team.

Do we have to change systems?

We start with what you already use. Together we decide what to keep, what to connect, and whether a new workspace would make the work easier. Tool choice follows the job, your access, and your requirements.

Who stays in control?

Your people. We define what the agent can prepare, what information it may access, and who approves the next step. Work that needs professional judgment stays with the appropriate person.

How does our team learn to use it?

We build and test with the people doing the work. They practice giving instructions, reviewing results, and improving the agent as part of implementation.

Where do we start, and what does it cost?

Start with a team, a recurring job, and an outcome worth improving. We agree a monthly retainer and capacity for the participating teams, with a lower per-team rate as more teams join. Each month, we agree concrete deliverables and report what was delivered, what we learned and what comes next. Tool subscriptions and integration costs are discussed separately.
